Polaris Leadership Academy

Polaris Leadership Academy is the hub of a leadership development ecosystem that spans multiple outreach programs: the Polaris Leadership Agency, Polaris Executive Coaches, and the Polaris Leadership Academy for Youth (PLAY). Each program serves a different audience with a different focus, but they're all part of one organization. The challenge was building a platform that reflected that structure without duplicating effort or fragmenting the experience.
I built a system where each outreach brand operates in its own fully isolated environment with its own branded landing page, custom color palette, and tailored content. But behind the scenes, everything runs on one platform with a shared login system. A user signs up once, gets verified through a two-stage approval process (email confirmation followed by staff review), and can access the spaces they've been approved for.
Each brand's landing page features interactive flip cards presenting the program's mission, vision, and purpose alongside its connection to the broader Polaris ecosystem. Select programs have access to their own scoped discussion forums, gated so only members of that specific community can participate. Content visibility is managed through role-based access, with certain features open to the public and others reserved for approved members.
The design is fully custom with full-bleed background imagery, translucent overlay elements, light and dark theme support, and branded theming that adapts per program. Automated email notifications go out with branded HTML templates so every touchpoint feels intentional.
This platform is part of an ongoing client relationship. I built it collaboratively through direct feedback and continue to maintain and expand it as the organization grows.
